A Day at the Park...

Today started out with full intentions of going to Church. Breakfast was eaten, the showers were given, clothes ironed, Addy's hairbow was in place... the Sunday rush was in full swing. However, as we neared the 11:00 hour, with no diaper bags packed, shoes missing, no clean "matching" tops to the sippy cups, tempers flaring (I know some of ya'll with kids know exactly what I am talking about :)...), I made an executive decision - we just weren't going to make it. We have been known on occasion to walk in in the midst of the first song or two... no biggie, but today was even beyond late for us. So, in the midst of feeling like a complete time management failure, I decided we would make the best of the day. We headed to the park for some family time. The kids had a blast as did we :)! Here are a few pics... more to come. Next Saturday night I will be getting everything ready ahead of time :)...no excuses :). Hope you all had a wonderful weekend as well!
